Good day! I got the MSI GP75 10SFK-244RU laptop on 07/27/2020.
GPU: RTX 2070, CPU: i7 10875H, RAM: 16GB

On the second day, it began to behave in an incomprehensible way - it freezes and does not react to anything, you can turn it off only with a hard reset. Moreover, the screen turns off and only the screen backlight itself is visible, and the keyboard lights up, as well as the coolers work. It sometimes happens that it turns off completely (like from a long press on the shutdown button). This happens at different intervals, it can turn off after 20 minutes of working in the Word or sitting in the browser, or maybe after 6 hours of inactivity. I sinned for overheating, but after 4 hours of playing in RDR2 on ultras, no hang was noticed.
What could be? Maybe someone came across?

Have you tried to connect an external monitor when the screen turned off?
Did you install any programs or updates before the problem occurred?
Try to reinstall the latest graphics drivers with DDU tool.
https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Besides, export your system info from Help Desk.
Then go to Event Viewer and export the system and application log file.

Unfortunately I have no external monitor =(
I have tried to clean-install windows and downloaded only Epic Games, 7 minutes after I set to download the game from there laptop freezes again...
I have updated Intel and Nvidia drivers after that, but... after 1 or 2 hours it freezes again...
Here are the files that you requested. Thanks!

There is no related event that may cause a black screen.
I suggest you try to clean boot the system and check whether the problem still remains or not.

If you would like to verify whether the problem is related to the driver.
Try to boot into safe mode with network.
>reboot >press [F3] when MSI logo comes out >Select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced Options" > Startup Settings" and restart > Select number 5 when the system reboot.

Ok, I will try it next time when my laptop will crash. I have checked these logs too, and nothing tells me about the error.
Do you think its software issue?

P.S. Yesterday I have played Sea of Thieves about 5-6 hours and there wes no crashes or freezes.

So, 2 days laptop worked as well as it should! I have played games, ran stress-tests in AIDA, watched movies and more else... BUT, 48 hours after it freezes again... In this froze-mode i connected TV over HDMI, nothing shows on TV.
Any advice? Thanks!

When it froze, did the panel remains black? or it stuck at the current application?
What programs are running when it froze?
And what is the power button LED status?

When, like, sometimes there is a black screen, sometimes it freezes in the application, no programs work, everything freezes and the coolers continue to spin at the same speed. The power button lights up orange.

I gave the laptop to the store, after diagnostics at the service center, the laptop was found defective and the money was returned.
