MSI GS43VR Not Chargin

Hi Everyone,

I just bought my first MSI Laptop, a GS43VR, and I love it. But, it doesn't seem to be charging. I saw a previous forum where MSI noted that the laptop won't charge until below 95% battery but currently I am below that threshold and it is still not charging. 

I have attached a screenshot of it showing that the battery is at 91% and "plugged in but not charging". Any assistance would be awesome!
