Today I notice that the left side gets a small crack that could be broken next day or two. Well, this is design flaw. I have been getting bad experience to deal with that issue because typically MSI warranty service says that "it's your fault, you broke it without notice". How we can convince them that their design is bad? Of course we cannot. If they don't want to lose us, they should have better solution. I sent a question to MSI Global as well as consulted with MSI local, still wait for their feedback. I hope they will not ruin my trust to MSI.
