MSI GS66 Stealth QUALITY ISSUE

Bought this computer for 2 weeks and the right edge of plastic has already chipped off................ Pretty disappointed in the quality control of MSI.

I got the same laptop and I can agree that the Quality Control could do a better job. Especially for a premium laptop.

Assembling defects
Screen edges bad assembled
Black light bleeding
Laptop label's not correctly pasted

Just a few examples why I returned this laptop a few times.

Mine is the same. Only bought it for a week. Send the question to MSI but never got feedback. What a bad customer support!

Today I notice that the left side gets a small crack that could be broken next day or two. Well, this is design flaw. I have been getting bad experience to deal with that issue because typically MSI warranty service says that "it's your fault, you broke it without notice". How we can convince them that their design is bad? Of course we cannot. If they don't want to lose us, they should have better solution. I sent a question to MSI Global as well as consulted with MSI local, still wait for their feedback. I hope they will not ruin my trust to MSI.
