MSI GT72 6QD Laptop Bios update issue help

hi friends

i am using  MSI laptop model no GT72 6QD DominatorG .

I had no issues with the laptop until few days back when i tried installing the latest BIOS version  update for my laptop from the official msi website . i had followed the exact procedure as specified in the website guide . and since the update it is not working and even on turning the laptop on ,it is not working there is just a black screen . i was reading online and i think there has been some issue with the bios update. or somewhere it went wrong which i am not sure why .



Please anyone can you help me out on how to recover the bios / reflash the bios   i got this from UK  and its still in warranty but i am in  INDIA currently and the MSI service centre guys are saying that GLOBAL warranty is not applicable in india . so i am in a real fix as i think these guys are saying that i need to go for a motherboard replacement which i will eventually be needing to  pay for even though i am still in warranty period  . really crazy


Please can anyone  provide assistance to me regarding how to reflash or recover the laptop which seems to be bricked (

Try [Reset] and check the problem again.
 
How to do the [EC Reset]?
1. Remove the AC adapter and insert the straighten paper clip to [Reset hole] which is located at the left/right side of notebook or the back cover.
2. Wait 10 seconds and connect the AC adapter. Then, you could power on the laptop again.
 

If reset doesn?t work, you might need MSI?s help for checking motherboard
