So I recently received a GTX 760 2GB from a friend and installed it in my computer. I understood I had to upgrade my BIOS and ME version in order for the motherboard to recognize the GPU. After doing so the GPU still isn't detected (not shown in windows device manager, even when enabling hidden devices), when connecting a DVI cable to the GPU I see 'No Signal' and when trying to download NVIDIA drivers for the GPU it says they can't install because it can't see any NVIDIA GPU's. The graphics card should work fine, the fans are spinning. Anyone has any ideas how to fix this?

MOBO: MSI MS 7740 (H61MA-E35 B3)
Installed BIOS: E7740IMS v 2.3
ME version: 8.1.2.1318
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz
iGPU: Intel HD Graphics
eGPU: N760 TF 2GD5/OC

Could be damaged card, test it in another PC
ensure all power cables are connected to the GPU
ensure the card is filled very well and all the way to the pci-e slot.
try a different pci-e slot if needs.
