MSI GX660 quick launch buttons problem

Hello,I have the MSI GX660 with default Windows 7 x64 installed and no virus's on the computer.
Everytime I turn on laptop, few minutes after start,almost all quick launch buttons start running at the same time and if you touch them,nothing happens but you can controll things like eco,wireless via Fn key.
After another 2-3 minutes they come back to life and everything is ok until next start up.
I have all drivers up to date, I hope.(controlled via live manager 5).

Any ideas how to solve it?
 
Looks like I solved it.
Solution:I opened quick launch panel and I reconnected wire between mainboard and panel.It worked fine but another problem appeared-when i closed laptop nothing happened-i mean sleep/hibernate state.So I reconnected wires again and now everything works properly.
