MSI H110M PRO-VH BIOS issue

Hi all I have a MSI H110M PRO-VH with an I3 but I have a I7-7700 to put in it but I need to flash the bios.

When I get the latest bios from this website it does not find it on the USB stick in the M-flash part of the setup(hold DEL key at boot)

My current BIOS is E7996ISP.264, I read in some of the posts that this might be a manufacturer BIOS and thus cannot be updated?

Yes, you have some OEM board because of this can't flash with M-Flash.
You can use >>Forum USB flasher<< instead.
