MSI H410M-A PRO No ethernet Connection

Hey. I just bought this motherboard and updated bios. Downloaded lan drivers from MSI website but unable to install them. Trying to install
Intel Ethernet Connection (12) I219-V but doesn't install. I saw someone solved this issue with an admin sending a file from MSI. Can you help me please ? I think i need a MAC recover tool ?

Im trying to install the MAC file but it says
No supported adapter were located

I have uninstalled old drivers and installed the one's from MSI website. But that intel one is not installing.
Intel Ethernet Connection I219-V, this one. I installed this new motherboard to my old windows 10. Which had a gigabyte mo. Do you think formatting would help ?

It's a new build btw, just got it yesterday. And old windows 10.

Im gonna do a fresh windows 10 install now. Can you tell me what do i need to install ? I'll update bios too.

Formatting and installing that 3.5 mb intel driver file solved it. Thanks.
