Yesterday I updated my PC BIOS to newest version, but after a few hours of usage I started to see some FPS drops. I thought that it could be newest BIOS update so I decided to downgrade them through M-FLASH to the oldest primary version. After downgrade via M-FLASH my PC is not booting up again, it even not recognizes my keyboard and doesn't let me to boot into BIOS. A yellow light is on the motherboard. Can somebody help to recognize the issue? I tried reseating RAM, removing CMOS battery for 10 minutes but nothing helped.

Looks like it's bricked.

Do >>Clear CMOS Guide<< with power cord removed.
Also list system specs., see >>Posting Guide<<

From which BIOS version to which BIOS version you have flashed when updated and downgraded?

Which debug LED is this?

Did you really flash the oldest version? Never flash to the oldest/first BIOS version. With today's motherboards, which are released alongside the CPUs they have to support, the first release BIOS is often chock-full of bugs and issues, which get resolved once the boards are in the customer's hands and they report bugs back to MSI. When you have an issue on the newest BIOS version, go to the second newest next - not all the way back to the oldest, that's a recipe for disaster.

Now, since you still get a yellow EZ Debug LED - presumably the DRAM LED, the second one from the top - it should mean that the board is not completely bricked (as in, corrupt BIOS or so). But we have to know more about your hardware to give more pointers. So also include the CPU, PSU, RAM kit model.

Note, with any of the first three EZ Debug LEDs being on, you won't be able to enter the BIOS yet, the problem has to be solved first.

My CPU is i3-14100F, 16GB of Gskill Aegis DDR4 RAM and Xilence XN053 - 600W. What should I do next? I have tried removing CMOS for 10 minutes, shortening those two pins to reset memory, removing GPU and issue still persists.

Which exact MSI H610M is this, there are different models, like the H610M-G DDR4, H610M-E DDR4, H610M-B DDR4...

And did you really flash the oldest BIOS version, was that correct? Looking at your CPU, you can't be downgrading the BIOS any further than around a late 2023 version, because that's when support for 14th gen CPUs was first added to 600-series boards in the BIOS. If you really downgraded it to a BIOS without 14th gen support, then the solution here would be to borrow any CPU that was already supported from the first BIOS version (any 12th gen one), hopefully enter the BIOS, update to the second newest BIOS version, and then you can use your 14100F again. You can also try to buy something like a Celeron G6900 for cheap, do the BIOS update with it, then sell it again.

If you really went to the oldest BIOS version, this will be the main issue, lack of support for 14th gen CPUs. You don't even have to worry about too much else like the RAM or the GPU, and a Clear CMOS will do nothing. Can you confirm which EZ Debug LED is on though?

Lastly, that Xilence PSU is also very low-end. Only passive PFC, no 80PLUS certification, only two years warranty, "Tier F - Replace immediately" on the PSU Tier List. I would definitely get something better if I were you, but it might not be related in the issue you are facing at the moment. Just mentioning it because it stands out negatively. See my Guide: How to find a good PSU.
