MSI h61m-p22 b3 bios update

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to update to the latest bios (28.3, 7680VS3) so i can put an i3 inside (current bios is 25.4, 7680vP4). Downloaded the tool96 and pointed it to the zip file but can't get to boot from the usb stick for the love of god. Don't know if there are some files missing on the USB drive or is there a another process. Can still boot to windows with the old CPU inside. Tried 2 USB drives, same result.

So i'm in need of some help how to proceed. Attached the USB drive current structure.

I don't get it, don't you just have to put the E7680vS3.exe on a USB stick and run it from Windows, then wait for it to first update the BIOS and then the Management Engine?

Tried that couple of times, couldn't make it to extract files to a stick so i found some old 4 gig drive and it did right away. It's flashed now so it's resolved now.
