msi h97 gaming 3(I cant find the files)

Hello everyone,

one month ago I bought the msi h97 gaming 3 mb and someone helped me to Install it but yesterday I did a format on my windows and put them on my ssd.the problem is that I cant find the bios file and I dont know if im using my sound blaster 2,I dont know how I will take the file from the hdd to install it or if I have to do it with the cds I have from the mb.also when I try to find the sound blaster from the hdd it says "that the current selected audio is disabled, not present,not supported bu the application or has unplugged jack connections.do you want to select another audio device for now?"Well im using headphones and I have sound but I dont know what is happening..I remember a month ago when I was starting the pc the application goes live and I had a file from msi on my desktop.sorry for my english and as you can see im a newbie.

If you dont mind,can you tell me which drivers or utilities should I download because I dont know(im a newbie as I said :P)!Also I have a problem and my pc restarts sometimes when I join a game in league of legends,I took the pc to someone too see it and said he didnt find anything wrong with the hardware and he just did a format on windows and put them on my ssd.my pc did that again today and im so sad,I read a problem from another person and he said that after he updated the bios he has no problems.

my pc is new with msi h97 gaming 3,msi gtx 970 and I5 4690

Is the problem limited to league of legends? If so it is a game not hardware issue. Else follow >>Posting Guide<< and add full specs.

So I will download all drivers,I thought that some of them would be waste but you know better I guess.I have to download all utilities too?

About the problem with the restart,before the format on ssd I had it on league of legends and at various points when I was in the internet.Now everything looks ok but I had one restart today when I was playing league of legends. :(

I will do first the updates with drivers etc and I will see.

You can download the utilities you like. None is crucial for running the rig. 

FOr the issue looks like pure problem of that particular game. As already said you need to add specs if problem occurs in other games too.
