hello everyone, I need your help; the set of MSI Immerse GH50 headphones has the problem of having the 7.1 button "blocked" or when I try to switch from normal mode to 7.1 when I press the button nothing happens and it remains blocked the only way to change mode is to manually disable it from inside dragon center the xear surrounding entry. the button works safely in systems where dragon or msi center is not installed. can someone tell me what I can do to re-enable the button even in the pc with dragon center installed ??? thank you very much to those who will help me

I have the same problem :(

does the LED light up when you press the 7.1 button? are you installing the latest update of MSI Center?
remember to uninstall MSI applications(MSI Center or Dragon Center) with this tool:
No, the LED does not light up, the latest updates are installed, reinstalling programs (MSI Center or Dragon Center) also does not help :(

can you exit MSI Center and try again? it will help you confirm if this is caused by MSI Center
also, do you see any firmware update reminders in gaming gear?

Can you provide better and full details how this issue can be replicated?
Does the issue happens after resuming the system from hibernate?
Or by some other way? If so tell the exact details.
Also does re-plugging the headset or rebooting the system restore the GH50 button’s function?

When you turn on the computer, the 7.1 button does not work when pressed (the LED does not work either), but sometimes when you turn on the computer, the 7.1 button works (the LED also works), but this happens very rarely, usually the button is blocked ... The only thing that helps is to turn off the headset from USB sockets, and then reconnect it, then the 7.1 button works fine (the LED works too) ...

MSI are working on a solution that 7.1 button not working after resuming from S4 /resume from hibernate
check it for upcoming updates.
