Hi there,
Can anyone tell me what would be the escalation matrix for msi india service? I have submitted a monitor for repair and there has been no update from the service centre regarding this. Need to escalate the issue.

Subject: DO NOT BUY MSI PRODUCTS – Worst After-Sales Support from MSI India


I want to warn everyone about my horrible experience with MSI India Support after purchasing the MSI MAG Codex X5 11TE-1032IN-B7117KF308108GS51X11EMHLZ9 (Serial Number: MSB930M2S0102682) for ₹1.3 Lakhs. From Day 1, the system started showing issues, and for over a year, I have been stuck in an endless cycle of blame-shifting and zero accountability from MSI and their so-called "authorized partners."


Pathetic Customer Support – Buyers Beware!


MSI India's customer service is one of the worst in the industry.


  • No proper response to calls or emails.
  • MSI blames the seller, and the seller blames MSI.
  • No solution provided despite repeated follow-ups for a year!

Critical Issue – Defective Product from Day 1


  • Product: MSI MAG Codex X5 11TE-1032IN-B7117KF308108GS51X11EMHLZ9
  • Serial Number: MSB930M2S0102682
  • Problem: Constant CPU Overheating Alert!
    • "Please check the CPU Cooler is firmly attached for working properly."
  • Attempts to Resolve: MSI & seller completely ignored my issue, providing no real support or fix.

Legal Action Initiated – Enough is Enough!


After being ignored and mistreated for a year, I am taking legal action against MSI India. This kind of irresponsible behavior towards customers cannot be tolerated.


DO NOT BUY MSI PRODUCTS!


I strongly urge everyone to avoid MSI products at all costs. Their after-sales service is non-existent, and they do not care once they have taken your money. If you are thinking of buying an MSI product, think again!


If anyone else has suffered from MSI India's poor service, please share your experience. We must expose this negligence and hold them accountable!
