MSI K9n NEO v2/v3 change vcore 1.3v+

Helo.
I cant seem to change my vcore over 1.3v.
I tried changing from bios and using progs like crystal cupid and rmclock but it wont go over 1.3v.
any suggestions?

my specs
AMD athlon 64x2 4200+
MSI K9n NEO v2/v3
two 1gb OCZ XTC OCZ2VU800 1gb (not sure)
GeForce 9400 GT 1gb

idle 38c load 48-50c

Motherboard Chipset nVIDIA nForce 560, AMD Hammer
BIOS Type                 AMI (03/17/09)

i have been searching all around for this for quite a wile so plz if anyone can gime a bios mod for this bod would be great!

Only suggestion you're going to get.  Most BIOS mods can only unlock what is disabled/hidden, not actually put stuff there.  (Unless you actually know how to write a BIOS)

If the option isn't available in the BIOS, ask MSI to give/program you one that does.

cant get over 1.3v
i can change it 1.2 1.25 1.275 and 1.3
but it ends there
