MSI Katana 17.3" Gaming Laptop 17 B13VFK-223CA

i just bought this laptop in the past 3 weeks and while there is a space for a 2nd m.2 chip there is no place to mount it, i have reached out to msi and they have sent me the hardware, but no instructions on how and where to place it , would anybody know of any documentation or videos that show where to put the hardware

if you have removed the bottom of the Computer then it should be very Simple

you should have a kit with these parts

1: a single Metal Bracket
2: 2 Screws
3: the mounting post

(1 and 3 may be attached together)

If you can post a image of the Parts they sent you i can help you out and make some Quick Instructions for what you need to do.

its an adhisive backing

looks like an Adhesive Pad.

Guess you stick it with the Clear Side to the M.2 Drive and then Adhere the Green side to the bottom of the Case.

contact them again and ask them which way to install it as that is not very Clear as its a confusing thing.

I bought a Msi katana 17 laptop a week ago with 4050 and i5 12h. In games, FPS drops sharply and stays at a minimum, after which the game crashes or the screen turns black. I think the laptop is defective
