MSI Katana GF66 11UD Audio and Mic Problem

Hello everyone, I just bought my laptop last month November 2021. Everything works fine during that time. After I install the wireless JBL headset and used it for a couple of days it started to show some problem with my audio and even with my mic. I noticed that the JBL headset mic won't work anymore but I can still hear the audio. I tried to uninstall the JBL headset from the control panel and even from the device manager but after I restart my laptop the driver from device manager keeps on showing.


I also try using other headset with wire and everything looks fine. I can use the mic and able to hear the audio from wired headset. How can I uninstall the JBL wireless headset? How can use my default audio from my laptop and its mic? when I tried to plug an external speaker using audio jack it won't work. from the system try it says no audio device found.

I hope you can help me solve my problem with my MSI Katana laptop

Does the problem only happen when using BT? or even with wire?
If only BT has a problem, I suggest you also reinstall the latest BT and WLAN drivers on msi website.

Hello Crazydonkey, sorry for the very late reply. quite busy with my study. I actually tried the link you had given but it didn't solve the problem. When the JBL BT headset wasn't connected my laptop doesn't have any sounds at all. I am pretty sure it has a built in audio since I use it before when I purchased it last year around November. When I got a BT headset that is the time started the problem. I tried to uninstall the BT headset but it won't remove. I don't want to format my laptop since I need to re install a lot of software that I am currently using with my study.

I hope you can help me with my problem.
