MSI Laptop Fans Stuck at Max + FPS Drops Until Restart (Temps Normal)

I bought a MSI Thin A15, I’m facing a strange issue with my laptop. While playing games, everything runs fine initially (around 200–250 FPS), but after about 20–30 minutes the FPS suddenly drops to around 60–70 and stays there. At the same time, the fans get stuck at max speed and don’t go back to normal, even when temperatures are only around 60–70°C for both CPU and GPU and when I press the cooler boost button (FN + Arrow UP) it still stays at max speed. The only temporary fix is restarting the laptop, after which performance returns to normal until the issue happens again. Any idea what could be wrong?

Sounds like the laptop entered safety mode due to overheating. How is the CPU/GPU temperature when the FPS drops to 60-70?
Additionally, is the user scenario setting at performance mode?
