Hello, I got this laptop for about 4 years it never gave me problems, but yesterday when I was playing a game the computer shut down. When I tried to power on again , it had no energy. So I tested the battery and the power supplier, everything is workingnice. Since I have no more warranty because I have it for more then 4 years I took my risk and I opened the laptop to check for if something is burnt. I found out that the board seems to be okay. I got some info: When I plug the power supplier into the power jack connected to the board, it had some kind of short circuit which turns off my power supplie I tested it with a multimetter. When I tested if the power jack is working: It got 5 wires 2 black and 3 red , 2 red wires are not passing voltage . since the other 3 got 19 volts each. It might be the power jack ? Please I need some help asap my school work is also all in there and I got no more computers to work with. Thanks for your time.
