MSI Live Update 6 issue

Hello All

Quick question.  I updated my drivers an bios on my MSI X99 socket 2011 v3 krait edition motherboard.  Thought all was ok till I rebooted when it asked to do so.  I then proceeded to get several BAD_POOL_Header blue screens in a row,  Finally after several attempts I got the computer to load up.  Now I started doing some research.  I have Live Update version 6 on my computer.  I saw where several issues have came up with this program?  So, I proceeded to uninstall MSI utilities.  I then manually scanned for BIOS update.  Updated the the bios but did not install an other utilities.  Seems so far after several reboots the issue is fixed,.  My question is do I need to worry about anything else?  or will this be a upcoming issue again?  thanks

Don't update the BIOS via Live Update. MSI should really remove the option.

BAD_POOL_HEADER, and with all STOP errors is vague and unless you upload the actual dump files (assuming they are still archived), we have no way to know why it happened. It could be a RAM issues, or a installed application (e.g. antivirus) or a hardware driver.

To update the BIOS, it is strongly recommended that you copy the file(s) to a USB thumb drive and update the BIOS via M-Flash from within the UEFI/BIOS itself. Windows is unstable and any glitch could corrupt the BIOS flash. M-Flash only loads the flash utility and ROM/BIN file into RAM and nothing else.
