Hello,
I have uninstall and reinstall MSI Live Update 6 a fet times, and I am have issues with it not scanning and it says no internet connection.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Simplest fix i found for this was to open the "MSI App Manager" which will allow you to install the updates for the apps themselves, which included Live Update 6 for me.

I solved the problem on my own computer by not using the version that came on the disc.  Instead, I found the link for the utility on downloads page and used that version.

I have a similar problem on my Windows 10, but instead of saying "no internet connection", it says "internet connection interrupted".
The ipv6 solution didn't work for me and I installed Live Update 6.2.0.74 via MSI App Manager, but the problem persists.
I thought it was supposed to be fixed since v6.2.0.63.
Am I missing something?

Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately here the same problem on a yesterday newly fresh installed Windows 11.
Have tried several solutions, however, none worked. Live update version is the actual 6.2.0.74

does it make a difference when you're connecting through LAN or WiFi? and have you tried disabling IPv6 as well
byw what driver are you updating?

Well, it appears MSI has yet to correct this problem. I have been using Live Update for a while now (ver. 6.2.0.76) and it started indicating I had no internet connection on Tuesday of this week. I tried deactivating IPV6, as indicated above, but that did nothing to correct the problem. Based upon reading all the way through this thread I have not attempted uninstalling then reinstalling the program. Nevertheless, I will go ahead and do that here shortly. If this corrects the issue, I will update my post. By way of information I am running Windows 11 but the system information indicates Window 10. I have an MSI mobo (B450 TOMAHAWK MAX, BIOS ver. 3.H0) and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card.

I stand corrected. I uninstalled the version I was using and installed the latest (ver. 6.2.0.77), and I no longer get the "no internet connection" error message. It will be interesting to see how long this lasts...

I have the sam issue with version 6.2.0.76. I am going to uninstall it but can't find where to download latest ver. 6.2.0.77 on official MSI website, only found it on MajorGeeks. Installed it over existing version - now works, no errors.

I bought new mobo X58 ProE for my lga 1366 system and it is ridicolous. I cannot update the Bios via flash drive, I wanted to try to update via live update app, but get this /no internet connection/ error, althou the internet connection works just fine and the app is the latest (6.2.0.77). As if the universe wants socket LGA 1366 to really die already.
