Hi guys I am curious as to why, when using the Xbox Series X it states the monitor (MSI MAG 275UPD E14) does not support 4K 50hz or 60hz when it does, the only red I should have on the attached pictures are the 24hz and dolby vision as my monitor does not support them two, also says I won't be able to capture game clips or screenshots in 4K!!
Why does it say this? I'm using the original Xbox Series X HDMI cable , the console is fully updated, my monitor is fully updated
