MSI mag 321UPX QD-OLED firmware update problem: ENTER ISP FAIL

Hi,
Good morning,

I have an issue with the monitor MSI mag 321UPX QD-OLED when i try to update the firmware from version: FW.025 (current version of firmware of my monitor) to FW0.33 as shown here:

It runs good to the following point:

But then when i click on Auto button it shows this:

Is there anyone who has been able to solve that, im currently running windows 11, the odd situation is that i have two monitors of the same model one i was able to sucessfully update the firmware but the other it wouldnt let me.

Any help is appreciated.

using the firmware updater version: 1.29 i got the error: UPDATED FAILED!! instead.
