Hi all!
I have a MSI MAG 342CQR E2 which has served me pretty well so far. I am wondering if anyone has advice on color calibration using HDR? I understand that once HDR is enable the OSD doesn't allow color calibration but Windows/Other programs does. I am specifically struggling with black levels, for example Cyberpunk 2077 on max settings looks amazing during the game's day time but at night or in a dark room (in game) it is very difficult to make out detail.
I know this is a limitation of having HDR enabled as well as a VA panel but hoping that I can at least get it looking average instead of really bad. Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks

What Is HDR (High Dynamic Range)?

Brightness and color are controlled by HDR when HDR is ON so it cannot modifying brightness and color on monitor when HDR is ON.
HDR function is under Windows OS.

Thanks for your comment but if you reread my post I am specifically looking for guidance for color calibration that is not through the OSD and through windows

I've had the Spyder and Calibrite. Get Calibrite.

It provides more options and can be used with 3rd party programs. Where Spyder is proprietary and does not work as well.
