Cable Mod Make a 16 Pin Micro-Fit to 2x8 Pin PCI-E 12VHPWR 600W Cable for NVIDIA 4000 Series (GPU) for MSI PSU's but they are not Cheap (around $45 US) and is your best bet to get that type of cable for your PSU.

Custom PSU Cables
Select MSI as the Brand and select MPG A850GF
Select either ModFlex (around $45) or ModMesh (around $47)
Choose Configerator 2.0
now select 16 Pin Micro-Fit to 2x8 Pin PCI-E 12VHPWR 600W Cable for NVIDIA 4000 Series (GPU) and add it to Basket
choose the length you need and then edit to colors you need to fit your Build
now add the cable to basket and off you go

(Note they do charge about $10 for the Cable Combs to make them more Neat)

that is about the only real option for it. as most of the others are hit or miss that you can find and tend to be more Expensive too.

Can't find the 16 Pin Micro-Fit to 2x8 Pin PCI-E 12VHPWR 600W Cable for NVIDIA 4000 Series (GPU) as an option anywhere in the options. Though I assumed they renamed it to: 12V-2x6 16 Pin to 2x8 Pin StealthSense PCIe Cable for NVIDIA 50 / 40 Series (GPU) if I'm correct. I'm using Gigabyte 4090 Gaming OC by the way.
