MSI Mag Forge 100r case fans spin but dont light up

i have tried setting the fans to full speed but they still didnt work everything is plugged into the rgb controller whenever i click the led button on the case nothing happens and i didnt really know where to post this but if anyone could help it would be much apppreciated.

the fan RPM connector is not connected to the the hub, you need to check where they're conneted to and change the header's RPM either in motherboard BIOS or fan control software.
and RGB control mode is probably in Mystic Light sync mode right now, press and hold the LED switch button for 6 secs will switch it back to button control

I’m sure all of the fans are plugged into the rgb hub the button does nothing and I’ve tried putting all the fans to max rpm through bios I haven’t checked mystic light yet so I’ll check that but I’ll let you know if it works
