MSI MAG FORGE M100R LED button doesnt work

Hi guys! The MSI MAG FORGE M100R LED button isn't working, and the LEDs are stuck in white. I've repositioned the SATA cable in the PSU and reseated it, but it still isn't working. Motherboard: MSI A620M-E
Case: MSI MAG FORGE M100R
PSU: MSI FORGE A650GL
Anyone idea?

Does the fan go into a HUB or connect directly to mainboard? Can you try long press the LED button and see if you can switch between hardware and software LED control mode?

My motherboard doesn't support ARGB. Because of this, I used to control the RGB lighting using the LED button on top of the case, but now only white light is on. Pressing the LED button doesn't change anything.
