MSI MAG PANO 100R PZ White misleading specification

Hey!
I have bought the MSI MAG PANO 100R PZ White, and while I was assembling, I realized that the specification of this product is misleading.
It is advertised with 8 expansion slots, however inside the chassis, there is only 7 cutouts. This resulted in me buying the wrong chassis, and now having to go through the hassle and money to send it back to the shop.
I wish there was a clear, more explicit way of telling, how many expansion slots the chassis can actually support, and not have to pixel hunt on images, determining whether it really is 8 expansion slots, or 7 with an extra bracket on the back :)

Unsure where to complain, so I decided to just write a thread here.

I count 8 bracket there. You mean the board PCIe slot won't go from very top slot?
There are 8 slots that you can un screw, but if you look at my picture, the 8th slot doesn't have a cutout in the chassis.

This results in that I couldn't install a 2 slot PCIe device into the 7th slot, because only the first "latch" could go into the chassis.

In the image I posted, you can see that the very last bracket doesn't have a cutout into the chassis, it's just there.

Yeah, I can see it now. Which board are you using btw, just wondering if there's any way to get around the problem? But of course it'd be easier if you can still return the case.

I'm using an ASUS ROG B850-A Gaming Wifi, and sadly unless I mutilate the GPU's bracket thing, or drill a hole into the chassis, I don't think my setup would fit.
Already packed up the case and it's ready to be returned, ordered a Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL case, which has 8 cutouts in the chassis... Would've liked the MSI one better, looks better and well, is cheaper, but it left a very sour taste in my mouth, that there's 8 slots advertised, while only 7 is cutout in the chassis...
And also the shipping return costs nearly half the case, which also just adds salt to injury.
