Hello, bought this case from an online retailer, however there is a problem with the front panel LED which runs from a SATA/PATA connection
Plugged it in, press the button.....nothing happens, nothing at all....completely dead.
it would be nice if someone actually tested them before they got sent out as a worthy product.
Tried to flag it for repair but RMA say they don't do component repairs, but I cant send it back to the retailer as returns are not an option after I had installed my system
and they also say that problems should be dealt with by contacting the manufacturer
Quite disappointing really....I mean an LED is easy to fix, it'd take 10 minutes and cost a few quid but why should I have to when its under warranty and its literally brand new....arrived on 01/02/20.
