MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI

Hello I have recently bought the MAg X570 Tomahawk wifi , and have been trying to register it , but each time I do , it says "product not found ", anyone else having the same problem ?

Just did mine to see if I could find any issues like you had, but I had no issues. Went smoothly. Make sure you are typing the serial number correctly, distinguishing zero's from oh's, 1's from I's, B's from 8's, etc.

On that note, it's a pain in the ASS to get the 3-digit code off the main 24-pin power plug. The other sticker with the 3-digit code is behind the GPU, so that wasn't happening. I was about to say screw it and not do it, but I was able to get a camera angle well-enough to get the 3-digit code off the power plug after about 10-minutes of trying to hold a flashlight and my phone to get the right angle and clear-enough picture.

Well I typed the number on the sticker on the box because it so tiny on the 24 pin connector I thought I'd go cross eyed trying to see it it hasn't worked for me after multiple tries

Why are you not using the sticker on the side of your motherboard box? Also, try using your phone to take a picture of the sticker so you can zoom in. Otherwise, until you can get a better picture or read it off the box, not much we can do to help. Registration worked fine for my Tomahawk.

Try to install Dragon Center, which should auto detect your motherboard.

I cannot use dragon center at the moment , as I do not have the motherboard installed , I am saving for Ryzen 9 3900X , I am also inputting the number off the sticker on the side of the box .

Thats the problem I am using the sticker on side of box to register , it won't recognise it

Looks like it could very well have been the website, I have manged to register motherboard now thankyou
