MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk Not Booting after training memory fail - red/yelow light, Code 00 - Bricked?

So last night I changed a couple of my DDR5 timings (perfectly working and tested system) - rebooted, and memory failed to train (stuck on code 15) so I cleared the CMOS and voila! NOTHING!

I have a red and yellow light and a debug code of 00.

Everything is new!

As last resort I tried reflashing the latest ( 7E51v1A16) bios, but that doesn't work either.

I've now removed all devices and still nothing. Remove CPU and memory - still the same, and still can't flash bios!

Any help/advice would be appreciated but looks like I'll have to RMA the board - think cpu is fine.

Right - having received a new board a can report that my old board def had a fault from the start - with memory having to be re-trained if machine was off more than a couple of hours. This does not happen with the replacement.

Also useful is that Tech support tell me that bios Debug Code 00 is "... the startup process doesn't begin" - so that board is getting RMAd shortly.

yeah 00 usually refers to bent pin, bad socket, cpu or forget to plug in cpu power. o_O
In this case all my components are fine and working well in the new board. No bent pins - nothing visible. Memory training just got worse and worse until it failed completely. Testing A17 bios now. One thing I don't like is the temp display on the bios code display - could be useful but an option to turn it off would be nice too...

It used to have a item called debug code LED switch in BIOS before (not X870), i'd say it's new BIOS UI and MSI is probably gonna add it later. Before, the debug code LED doesn't even display temperature in OS.

I am also having this exactly same issue where I get Debug Code 00. I have tried 3 different usb sticks without luck with the flashing part. Probably need to RMA this board sadly.
