I’ve already reinstalled Windows 11 and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.


However, the issue still persists across all my USB ports. My mouse doesn't work, and I keep getting a “USB device not recognized” error. After that, my USB audio and keyboard also stop working. The only way to make them work again is to restart the system.


Is there any permanent solution for this? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Can you try disable ErP ready (Advanced\Power Management Setup) and enable Resume By USB Device (advanced\wake up event setup) in BIOS?
Did you update to the latest BIOS?

Erp is disabled by default and i enable now the resume usb. Im using a45 from beta biosErp is disabled by default and i enable now the resume usb. Im using a45 from beta bios
