These are the warnings that are on the specs page:

M.2_1 slot (From CPU)
• Supports up to PCIe 5.0 x4 (For Ryzen™ 9000/ 7000 Series processors)
• Supports up to PCIe 4.0 x4 (For Ryzen™ 8000 Series processors)

M.2_2 slot (From CPU)
• Supports up to PCIe 5.0 x4 (For Ryzen™ 9000/ 7000 Series processors)
• Supports up to PCIe 4.0 x4 (For Ryzen™ 8700/ 8600/ 8400 Series processors)

*The M2_2 slot will be unavailable when using Ryzen™ 8500/ 8300 Series processors.
**USB 40Gbps Type-C ports on the back panel and M2_2 slot share PCIe 5.0 x4 bandwidth. Both run at PCIe 5.0 x2 when a device is installed in the M2_2 slot. You can switch M2_2 to PCIe 5.0 x4 in the BIOS, but this will disable the USB 40Gbps Type-C ports. The USB4 host controller supports up to PCIe 4.0 x4.

My specs are 7700x cpu, 2x32gig 6000 ram gskill, RX6900XT, 2x nvme both gen 4. 7200 speed, USB mouse and keyboard, corsair h100i water cooler, 3 sata DVD drives, I would like to use m2_a and m2_d. Just so my video card doesn't cover any drive. The latest bios cause boot loop. Windows 11. I have a 3rd nvme gen 4 7200 speed. 1 drive is Windows other is game, 3rd is supposed to be a back up drive. This is my first MSI board I usually use gigabyte and asus since 2001.

You're safe with M.2_1, M.2_3 and M.2_4
The only problematic one is M.2_2 (shared resources with USB Type-C).
