Hello guys. I`m new to this forum. I need help.

I have MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI motherboard and since yesterday MSI Center is stuck on this:
Screenshot 2023-02-22 145307.png

Tried everything. Reinstalled it a few times with admin rights. My BIOS is the latest. Windows 11 Pro

Mystic light doesn't start and the PC is like a Christmas tree (has 7 RGB fans and RGB Ram).
I have also MSI Coreliquit K360 V2 liquit cooling with display which doesn't start.
My other parts:

Please help!

Have tried MSI Center 2.0.9.0? https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/mb/MSI_Center_2.0.9.0.zip
Could you list full hardware configuration including storage device (is that a RGB drive?), USB device...etc?
I would try to disable VPN, unplug unnecessary USB device such as wireless dongle for controller, and remove other RGB software.

In my case 2.0.9.0 was fine after getting back to previous windows restore point.

Now after the 2.0.10.0 update again the same issue. "Please wait patiently for loading modules" ....

@radiavramov8155e02da .. did you do the full uninstall of the previous version and remove the folders left over .. then install 2.0.10.0 from the Microsoft store? That is what finally worked for me.
Yes, used MSICenterUninstaller I got from a MSI ticket. After the restart killed everything MSI, deleted all the folders.
Fresh install of 2.0.10.0 and again nothing. "please wait patiently ...".

It just doesn`t work.
So big waste of money MSI and great support ...

I assume you opened a ticket with MSI? IF not you should do that. I did but ended up not needing their help since the upgrade solved my issue.

Are you running Windows 11 or 10?

This cropped up lately

May also be a Windows store problem I know it has caused me a lot of trouble in the past

Can you try this after running the Uninstall tool?

MSI Center Direct Download

Thanks for the reply, but it didn`t work. I have a ticket from MSI but for now all the suggestions don`t work.

- tried MSI from Website, Msi from the link here, MSI from Microsoft store. All with admin rights
- Uninstaller from the ticket, uninstaller from here.
- Manually deleting files after restart from C:/MSI and C:/Program files (x86)
- Don`t use Remote Desktop
- Don`t have any Antivirus program, only the Windows 11 Pro original one.
- Closed all RGB software before opening MSI Center
- Deleted MSI Afterburner

This software just doesn`t work ...

My PC is new, running Windows 11 Pro with liquid cooling MSI K360 V2

FURYCTRL is the RGB software for my RAM.

- Uninstalled FURY Controll
- Uninstalled RGB Fusion for my RTX 4090
- Killed Razer Synapse for my mouse pad
- Scanned for viruses&malware - nothing
- Installed again new instance of MSI Center after MSI Uninstaller & manually deleted files and again:

Sorry for the separated post but I couldn`t delete it.
In task manager it literally doesn`t do anything:

I have been advised by our MSI Contactt that your user name ADMIN may be the problem

Can you please change your User name change from Admin to something else, please

Avoid User Names like Administrator or System etc

Apparently, this has caused problems and will be fixed in an Update

Thanks for the possible solution. That may be a reason, however I can`t change the user folder name because its created once the windows was installed and now my user name is not admin, but the folder stays that way. If I change it it will break my software links and I`ll need to reinstall windows and definitely don`t want that.
