MSI MEG CORELIQUID S360 PROBLEM

Hi, couple of days ago i finished my build and everything was working allright. But today i've noticed something weird.

My system:
CPU: i9 -13900k
MOBO: MSI MPG Z790 Carbon Wifi
AIO: MSI MEG Coreliquid s360
Case: MSI MEG Prospect 700r

i've built this system so i can render images. but my aio radiator fans are stuck between 740-760 rpm and the temperature shown on the aio is stuck at 37 degrees celsius

even when my MOBO shows 95-99 degrees (led debug), aio screen still shows 37-40 degrees and my case fans and my aio radiator fans are pretty quiet.

i've tried to change the sync mode to MOBO from the case screen but then still my radiator fans are pretty quiet even though my case fans are spinning much more faster. (but their rpm are stuck even with no load)

probably an error related to msi center. i used sync mode to msi center and adjusted the fan curves. but still aio radiator fans are stuck at 740-760 rpm even though my cpu is burning.

what should i do? thanks in advance...

If not have not already done so please update to coreliquid 3.0.0.63 and try again

So, today the msi coreliquid addon is updated to 3.0.0.63 and cpu temp only shows 0 or the last degree it got stuck. before the update at least i could restart the system and get it working for couple of hours. is there a place we can send a ticket for help?
I also have a detailed problem. I found out that this is due to the use of a USB hub; as soon as you install any USB device in the hub, the MSI center immediately loses control of the liquid cooling system. After I removed the usb hub, the problem did not recur. Also, my pump doesnโ€™t start with decorative overlays. in UEFI the temperature immediately rises to the point of overheating, and a CPU fan error appears.
Have made MSI Aware of this issue
Updating to coreliquid 3.0.0.63 was the solution but looks like it may not have worked as expected

I will update if I get some more details

Hi Please supply full build details as well as the USB hub model I will pass on to MSI testing

hello, I'm having trouble with my CPU overheating. I just built the pc and the fans spin and everything, but it randomly stops cooling my CPU. I have got it to come back on again, but I have no idea what's causing it to turn off. I did a bios update already. When it does happen, it tells me that the CPU fan rpm is at 0 on BIOS.
operating sys: Windows 11 pro 64-bit
CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-bit
Sys Board: MSI MEG Godlike X670E
BIOS VER:7D68v1A
check whether the pump will work if you remove the decorative magnetic covers from the cover on the pump. In my case, after removing these overlays, the pump stopped showing 0 rpm in the BIOS, and the CPU did not overheat until the operating system loaded.

I updated coreliquid to version 3.0.0.63. I installed the USB hub back. Tried several devices, AIO control was not lost. I'll keep watching.
P.S.: Hub model Baseus CAHUB-U01

It seems that with the version 3.0.0.63, it is now possible to restart the CPU Temperature monitoring.

When the CPU temperature is stuck :
1 - Quit MSI Center.
2 - With the Task manager, search for "MSI" and stop every task (1 or 2 MSI.center service (32bits), 1 MSI.TerminalServer (32bits) and CC_Engine_x64.exe).
3 - Wait a few second to let the apps close.
4- ReStart MSI Center.

With me, it work for a few tenth of minutes then it stuck again. So Do Loop while CPU Temp is stuck.

There should be a USB connection as well
Make sure it is correctly connected
As well as Update your BIOS and Install MSI Center and run a scan with Live update Advanced to check for any and all Firmware updates for the Motherboard and Pump

yeap, as like manual.

This problem extends to the operating system, even when you just go into the BIOS, that is, the pump does not start when turned on pc.

Can you unplug your secondary monitor and see what happens

Hmm..... As you @Alan J T write both of my monitors have some kind of USB HUB buit in. So I have tried disconnecting each of them, but so far they are all working properly. In my case, the problem occurred after several hours of working. I was't doing anything special. I had two large projects open to in the development environment and the browser. It seems to me that the problem occurs randomly. Yesterday, I update coreliquid to 3.0.0.63 version.

thank you, it seems like this works for a short period of time. i do overnight animation renders, what happens if it gets stuck in the middle of the render while i was away and fry my cpu? will msi cover for that?

still waiting for a stable version of msi center + coreliquid update. @Alan J T

posting my system again because of the unrelated posts about my problem.

I try to understand what is really the problem, and according to me, the problem is not from the cooler, but from the app MSI CENTER.

It's seems that when the CPU Temperature is stuck, the hardware monitoring tab in the app is also not refreshed.
I don't know what is the master (the cooler or the app) but maybe there is a lead to search.

[add]
Just waiting the problem to appear, when I saw the temperature stay the same, I tried to open MSI CENTER app, but the software didn't respond.
When the window refreshed, I try to click the coreliquid app, but the loading symbol stayed forever.
I opened the windows services application and restart the MSI Center Service. After that, the CPU Temperature restarted working.

do you have icue installed and running? this user has Corsair memory and icue installed has no issue after removing icue.
I have the same problem with my Coreliquid K240 v2 and, even today, I have no idea what it could be. I've already tried reinstalling MSI Center with CleanMaster, formatting my windows, uninstalling iCue and so far NOTHING.

Yes Po, I have it.
I will try unninstalling it, and will post the results.
It would be weird, because since first run of this PC, this two softwares (msi center and icue) are running both at same time with no issues. And the zero temp problem came out of nowhere.
