Hi, couple of days ago i finished my build and everything was working allright. But today i've noticed something weird.

My system:
CPU: i9 -13900k
MOBO: MSI MPG Z790 Carbon Wifi
AIO: MSI MEG Coreliquid s360
Case: MSI MEG Prospect 700r

i've built this system so i can render images. but my aio radiator fans are stuck between 740-760 rpm and the temperature shown on the aio is stuck at 37 degrees celsius

even when my MOBO shows 95-99 degrees (led debug), aio screen still shows 37-40 degrees and my case fans and my aio radiator fans are pretty quiet.

i've tried to change the sync mode to MOBO from the case screen but then still my radiator fans are pretty quiet even though my case fans are spinning much more faster. (but their rpm are stuck even with no load)

probably an error related to msi center. i used sync mode to msi center and adjusted the fan curves. but still aio radiator fans are stuck at 740-760 rpm even though my cpu is burning.

what should i do? thanks in advance...

Seriously, it began to be long. If MSI's tech are not able to find a way to debug their software, refund our buy ! We will be able to buy a new part from another brand (asus ? corsair ? ...).
Some people needs their full working PC to work and for the moment, we are loosing money. Must we send you our invoices for our loose ?

Why should we even delete another software to make msi center work anyways? If your own software can't control your own product that means something is wrong. And why even make these products if they are so dependent on the software and your software doesn't work?

Been waiting for weeks for the update and still nothing. Everybody here having the same problem should know that restarting/reinstalling/deleting other softwares are just temporary solutions. It's been weeks since i open this thread and still no solutions/updates. I guess it's time to refund and move on. Also i believe it's time to write on every forums that we know about this issue so no one buys it.

Hi all.
Uninstalling iCue software does not fix the problem. Temp and Frecuency metters are stuck at zero.
Try this.
1. Uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK
2. Restart
3. Delete all MSI Files under C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\ & %programdata% as well as %appdata%.
4. Run CleanCenterMaster (from here: https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/CleanCenterMaster.zip) - this will restart.
5. Run CMD as Admin => enter sfc /scannnow and let this complete.
6. Restart
7. Now install MSI Center via MS Store

And why even make these products if they are so dependent on the software and your software doesn't work?
Yep, I agree that this is a bad idea. They should all be bios-controlled with a software option if end users wish to do it that way
But this is also a very recent problem MSI is aware of and working on the Fix
It appears it may be caused by other hardware attached to the computer.

With luck, a fix will be out soon

Hello everybody! The problem with the CPU Fan error remains unresolved. Decorative overlays on magnets that are installed on the pump cover are somehow involved here. Symptoms: when you turn on the PC, if you have configured the CPU cooler check, this error appears. The pump speed in the BIOS remains at 0 rpm. In the BIOS the processor temperature increases until it overheats.
The only solution I found was to remove these decorative covers. After removing them, there are no problems with starting the pump. However, for open cases, with glass, without covers, the pump cover looks less aesthetically pleasing. Will there be any solution from MSI for this problem?

With luck they'll do a redesign and do a swap program like they did when the MAG CORELIQUED 240/360R's went wrong.

Hello every body !
Don't know for the other, but after a 12 hours test with the new application version (MSI CENTER Ver 2.0.34.0) and the coreliquid update (Ver 3.0.0.63), it seems that the CPU temperature is not stucked anymore.
When doing the update, I used @BrotherBelial recommandation (1 to 7 procedure).

Now I hope it will stay that way.

it gets stuck eventually. i updated and the first day it was working but today it is still getting stuck at a cpu temp and radiator fan speed.

problem is not fixed

If you have iCue or any other monitoring software, if it loads in before MSI Centre it will break the monitoring part of MSI Centre. I've uninstalled iCue and not had an issue since.

Hi all. I do not know why , but my metters are working again. No software actions done for my part, but an update MSI Center was released and applied. The unique action I did is that I detached the front protector of the IPS display and put it again. (I did that because a friend said me that there is a mini fan in the pump thing, and I only wanted to verify it because I didn't know that 😅)

Well it seems so far at least three users have had positive results after doing this
I am open to anyone who can explain how the dander it works, because well come on it is so far out of the box its in Orbit

My guess would be the magnets being too strong and stopping the pump or interfering with the sensors.

I don't think so.
I have this cooler since september 2022 and this is the first time this happens. The magnets always have been there.
Please, take care of your software a little, MSI center is not a prodigy. You should not dodge the issue with crazy ideas.

Hello everyone, I decided to return my AIO system to the seller. Within 45 days, a decision will be made on the problem with 0 rpm pump speed. I wrote a web ticket to MSI about this problem, but received crazy advice to put paper between the pads and the lid, which, of course, had no effect on solving it.
The service department must make a decision if the defect is recognized as valid. I most likely will not tempt fate, and will select some other equipment on the Asetek platform.

It's quite possible actually, the magnets can magnetise the metal parts overtime.

I find it difficult to believe. That the magnets could cause some meters stuck at zero while other meters still working perfectly...

Did you never make a compass in science school? All it takes is one of the 4 magnets on the cover to be overly strong, and that will magnetise the parts closest to it over time. The fact that removing the cover with the magnets in "fixes" the issue points to it being a magnetic problem. It's not rocket science, it's simple physics.
Have asked our contact to have a look into it as crazy as it seems.
It's the only logical answer, as removing the cover with the magnets in resolves the issue.
