Hi, couple of days ago i finished my build and everything was working allright. But today i've noticed something weird.

My system:
CPU: i9 -13900k
MOBO: MSI MPG Z790 Carbon Wifi
AIO: MSI MEG Coreliquid s360
Case: MSI MEG Prospect 700r

i've built this system so i can render images. but my aio radiator fans are stuck between 740-760 rpm and the temperature shown on the aio is stuck at 37 degrees celsius

even when my MOBO shows 95-99 degrees (led debug), aio screen still shows 37-40 degrees and my case fans and my aio radiator fans are pretty quiet.

i've tried to change the sync mode to MOBO from the case screen but then still my radiator fans are pretty quiet even though my case fans are spinning much more faster. (but their rpm are stuck even with no load)

probably an error related to msi center. i used sync mode to msi center and adjusted the fan curves. but still aio radiator fans are stuck at 740-760 rpm even though my cpu is burning.

what should i do? thanks in advance...

Same problem with my system (newly built a few weeks ago), even with actual latest MSI SW:
CPU: AMD 9800x3d
MOBO: MSI MPG x870e Carbon Wifi
AIO: MSI MEG Coreliquid s360

I have to reboot 2 or 3 times until temperature works after login.
Temperature always stucks after a second parallel user login in windows.
Temperatures also always stucks after logout and login again with same user.

Looking into the log-Files, it seems that CC_engine cannot be started due to "driver load fails" issue.
Hi, i have an identical copy of PC, and i partly fixed this problem(stacked temp of CPU) by installed previous version 2.0.29 msi center and blocked new updates, but mistic light is not working on this version - it's better than overheating.

I'm not sure if this really fixes the problem.
However, disabling "windows fast startup" as a workaround makes the MSI Software stable reagarding the temperature stuck issue as long as you do not logout and login again in the same session.

I think the SW developers of MSI have big problems in facing the windows behavior in case resuming from a suspend mode, which MS Windows seems to make always use of for a faster login or startup session.

do you have icue installed as well?
As mentioned in my previous posts, iCU is installed because it is required for a special Hardware (gaming controller).
Incompatibility problems between MSI Software and iCUE is often discussed in the net, so I disabled iCUE in the list of Windows Start-Apps.
I also disabled the watching of CPU parameters within iCUE.
I'm not sure if iCUE is also responsible for this issue.
MSI Software should be compatible anyway with iCUE installed.
