look like the board still thinking you're updating the BIOS for some reason, i'll suggest you to do CLEAR CMOS with rear button first, and if after that it still does not boot, use flash bios button to recover your BIOS.

I have performed both task issue still persists.

can you make sure flash bios button does not accidentally "press" by something like wire?
