msi meg vision x ai won't allow maximising apps on mainscreen

I have been the proud owner of a msi meg vision x ai. yes, the one with the little screen on the front
This little screen is giving me headaches, because it somehow prevents my apps the be shown on my mainscreen. The apps load fine, show up in the taskbar of my mainscreen but when i clic on them they only maximize on the little screen and not on my mainscreen, where i do my work. not at a little 13 inch screen situated near my knee. More anoying is that i can't for the live of me find any settings or tab where to correct this. i tried googling for this problem but there is hardly anything online about this pc. im realy at a loss here. almost to a point of giving up and returning the whole thing to the seller.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this? please let me know

Sounds like the mini monitor is set as the main display,

swap them around under display settings
And make sure that the Extend Displays is set
