MSI MEG Z390 ACE - Red LED & CPU Temp Indicator TURN OFF

So I have the MOBO mentioned above, and I have built a custom asthetic / theme for my rig and I have and desire no lighting or RGB. I have followed all instructions from the manual and other forums and I can not seem to get these red LED's to turn off. There is three on the bottom ( On power/reset manual switches + another one next to them ) as well as on the top right of the board where there is a small square panel that displays a digital number reading of the CPU temperature. Once again in red LED. It's a cool feature and all but all I want to do is turn it off. I followed all instructions and in the MSI BIOS I ticked off that " Disable LED " blip. Also on the Mystic Light software I turn all Lighting to off. It turns off all the RGB effects on the one little panel but it does not turn off the LED's. Nor does turning off that setting I mentioned just above. What am I missing here?. I know this is an old picture but it's just as an example so we are on the same page. I have DISABLED this " Indication LED Control " and yet it won't go off. I have seen other forum posts all over saying " Oh it shuts off the CPU temp digital display as well, etc " but I just can't seem to get them to turn off at all.

Cover them with tapes as a workaround though. As far as I know, some (or all) Z490, X570, and B550 boards have LED_SW toggle, the power/reset manual switches can be turned off.

That's what is so incredibly odd. I have seen videos and step by step guides of people doing exactly what I have done and it works. What type of tape should I use?. I'm worried based off the heat the MOBO generates the adhesive would just dry out within days. This is a Z390 ( Right below the models you mentioned ) so maybe there is a PHYSICAL switch on the board I'm missing that toggles the LED's themselves. Appreciate the advice regardless bud!. Thanks!.

Black White board marker as you can wipe that off if you need to
