Hello.

Got two _new_ MSI MEGA PCs and two different USB-Floppy disk
drives. The USB-FDD are made by IBM and TEAC, they work perfect on the rest of our machines.

When i try to boot from these USB-FDD nothings happens.
(The Teac lights up like 1 second, but after that nothing happens. The IBM is dead)
In the BIOS i?ve changed so the first boot device are set to
USB-FDD and "Boot Other Device" is enabled.

I?ve update to the latest bios.

And both of the FDDs work great on the MEGAs under win xp, but it doesnt work to boot from them.

And i?ve tried several different bootdisks (standard win98, memtest86) disk, and all was tested and working on other machines.

Any suggestion what to try/do?

1. Have you enabled ?USB keyboard? / ?USB mouse? in bios? I have a similar problem with USB flash drive. I couldn?t use it as boot device so far as ?USB keyboard/mouse? were disabled.
2. You should understand that MegaPC is ?beta? or even ?alfa? version and not a ?final release?.

Cap, you?ve saved my day!

Enabling USB Keyboard/Mouse did the trick!
