MSI member center not able to complete profile

Hi everyone, perhaps this has been asked before, but I did not find a thread on the forum.

When I try to update my profile information on MSI member center, there appears to be a bug as it keeps asking to re-enter my password, but doesn't register the updated info.

Anyone here knows a solution to this?

Thanks for the reply Alan; but my question was about the MSI member center, the website, not the MSI Center App. The naming is quite confusing...

Then you'd need to contact MSI directly. you can do that via the members centre website

OK and it seems to be working OK I just did a Change to my Profile and it Updated without a problem

So could be a Glitch with the account so yes Contact MSI support

In the past, I have had to Log out of MSI Member Center as well as do a Clean up of the Browser and then log back in to get it to work correctly
Just doing the ones indicated seems to help with a lot of browse problems when they crop up
And do not wipe all of your setting
Like selecting Cookies and Passwords can do

update: I tried with clearing browser history, did not work, still same popup window "Please enter the password."

I installed MyMSI on the phone, there I am able to update the profile and save changes.
However, on the website account overview my profile still shows as 75% complete and it also did not register for the reward to "update profile".

I will ask support.

Yep sounds like a glitch pleas note it will be down for maintenance this weekend

Update:
MSI support and IT team are looking into it.
Filling in all fields did not resolve the issue, nor did using the phone App or connecting with social media.
It does appear to be some kind of bug on the web page that they will try to fix but might take time.
Support did help to register my profile as 100% completed now.
