Hello dear guys
I'm the Dad of a boy (13yo) for who I bought this gaming pc with this mid tower Vampiric 010.

I don't know why (if it's hottest temperature or mistake from my son 🤗) by the way, the tempered glass has exploded yesterday evening...
Then, I wonder ti know if it's a known issue (from temperature perspective, in that case I can escalade this to official MSI Team) and beside if some of you had got the same pb and how did you solve it : is that possible to order a glass from Aftersales service or do we need to repair by ourselves (vs case replacement ?)

I would be pleased to take profit of your feedback experience and advices
Thank à lot for your possible help,
Thank you so much in advance,
My son is desesperate right now, I would be pleased to make it safe before he can reuse it.
Happy new years all of you,
Remy from South West of France

Contact MSI support about the replacement Glass panels
>>How to contact MSI.<<

Tempered glass is very strong in one direction the sides you see throung but very weak on the edges
You can smack the front with a hammer and most times it will bounce off but tap the edges and boom it just exploses.

Was the case on a Desktop or on the Floor what kind of floor

Tempered glass can generally tolerate temps between -50c to over +600c

Personally I do not like this design
it builds in weakness to the panel
is why I stay away from that design one with no holes and a steel frame is much better

As to this, just a piece of cardboard box over the opening will prevent fingers from accidentally poking parts

You could also replace it with a sheet of PlexiGlass Also known as Perspex sheeting or Acrylic sheeting
