MSI Modern 15 fan issue

My brand new MSI Modern 15 a11mu i5's fan is always at max speed no matter windows or linux. I have this high fan speed issue even on windows installation or bios page. I think this is a problem related to my bios. Also I am using the latest bios provided by MSI. What should I do and how can I fix it?

Did you try to use the different User Scenario setting?
Enable Cooler boost?

Temps are fine. Between 30 and 40.
User Scenario doesn't make any difference.
This happens when laptop is on, no matter what.

Yes. The latest official bios is installed

If you tried updating the latest BIOS and MSI Center pro, you might need to contact the service center.
Basically, the fan speed is controlled by MSI Center pro and EC firmware if you do not use the third party software to adjust the fan control.
Then you need the technian to check the hardware component.
