Hello,

I had this monitor for quite some time, but suddenly it began to break when i switch the source to HDMI, the Display source is working with no issues.
It is not a cable issue, nor a port issue, because it replicates the problem even with no cables plugged in. A picture of it booting with the issue is attached.
What I tried so far :
1/ Replugging everything after a full restart.
2/ Starting the monitor with no cables plugged in.
3/ Switching cables, checking power adapter...

Images attached.

Thanks in advance.

It is with two HDMI port on G272QPF so please also connect HDMI cable on another HDMI port on G272QPF to check.

I did that and still with the same issue, I eventually found out that it is related to the refresh rate.

I got it to work by switching the refresh rate on the laptop, however I do still see the lines in the bootup logo of the monitor with nothing connected to it, and also while booting with DP, it fixes itself eventually or when i switch the RR from 165 to something else then back to 165.
Any idea on how to get rid of this ?
I also notice that some edges seem a lot more sharp or over smoothered :/

Hey did you ever find a fix for this? I'm having the same issue and came to the same conclusion in regards to the refresh rate issues. DP port seems to work but only under certain refresh rates for me however.

Hello, unfortunately there is no fix, the monitor is cooked.
The lines began to show on all refresh rates now.
