Msi monitor

Just purchased a msi monitor, having trouble with adjusting the brightness, it is not highlighted on the settings on the monitors adjustment.
The only thing i can adjust from settings for the screen is sharpness.
Anyone else had this problem

Some item is enabled which could lead to other option grey out. make sure you reset the monitor from OSD and try again.
