MSI Mortar Max not boosting Ryzen 7 5700X

Good day I recently upgraded my Ryzen 5 3600 to 7 5700x. I have a MSI Mortar Max B450. I am unable to boost CPU to 4.6ghz.

I have updated Bios, enabled XMP and is hessitant to manual OC.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
