MSI motherboard BIOS Flashback

According to MSI, I have a GUNGNIR 113R desktop with a motherboard MS 7C95 v3.1. I tried to update the BIOS but the system froze and now I get is a blank screen. A few tech buddies advised doing a BIOS Flashback but I can't find any info if this mother has a Flash BIOS button on the board or what port I put the USB stick to upload the new BIOS. Can anyone help?

This prebuild PC probably don't have such function.
Check it at back panel of the mainboard if there is any buttons.
