Yesterday I purchased this very nice monitor, however under certain conditions I am getting periodic black screens.
When playing World of Warcraft (retail), Helldivers 2 or Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (Remake), during certain intervals the screen will go black for sometimes 2-3 seconds, then come back on.
Windows still detects the monitor yet the screen is completely black.
It does not happen if I am idle or watching youtube videos, it is specifically when I am engaging in activites in these games - for example playing in a dungeon in WoW. Other than that there is no consistency to the issue

Things I have tried:
Restarting the monitor
Restarting computer
Updating NVIDIA graphics drivers
Changing NVIDIA control panel settings:
Power Management Mode: Prefer maximum performance
Vertical Sync: OFF
Setting maximum windows power settings
Plugging the monitor into the wall instead of into an extension cable
Changing DP cable (I am using the one out of the box now)

None of these things have worked. I'm very frustrated with this issue and can't find any answers online/using ChatGPT.
Any help would be massively appreciated!

1.Please refer manual on page 22 for all support list of resolution and refresh rate.

2.For higher refresh rate, please connect monitor with desktop system that install extra NVIDIA or AMD graphic card.
For NVIDIA, please install GTX 20xx or latest.
For AMD, please install RX500 or latest.
Don't connect with laptop if you want higher refresh rate.

I am using an NVIDIA 3070Ti in a desktop computer, the manual also was not useful - the product that I bought suggests that it supports 240hz

I have bought a new DP cable, different to the one out of the box that supports 240hz data transfer, yet I am still getting the black screens

1.Please use DP cable between monitor and NVIDIA 3070Ti graphic card in the desktop computer.
2.Please modify resolution to 2560x1440 first.
Don't use HDMI cable or any adapter between between monitor and system.
3.Please refer manual on page 14 and modify Adaptive-Sync to OFF in gaming page under OSD menu.
