MSI MPG 275CQRXF has weird horizontal lines

In the video, I showed my new to me monitor that I bought on eBay. It has strange lines on the screen and doesn't refresh very often, which is really odd. I’m not sure what to do about it. I have tested the monitor with different cables, computers, and ports, but nothing seems to work.
