msi mpg 321URX monitor does not power on

I bought an MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED about six months ago, and everything was working fine until yesterday. When I try to start up my computer, the monitor no longer turns on. When I try to turn it on, the LED lights up for about a second before turning off, and nothing appears on the screen. I’ve tried two power cables and several outlets, but nothing seems to work. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a defect?

Please wait around 10 minute when the power LED is flashing for panel protect processing.

The power status LED is off. When I press the power button, it lights up white for about a second and then goes off. After unplugging everything, I waited 10 minutes and plugged it back in, but I got the same result when I tried to turn it on.

The power LED is off.
• Press the monitor power button again.
• Check if the monitor power cable is properly connected.

I've already read that chapter. I made sure the power cable was properly plugged in and I pressed the power button, but the problem remains; the monitor doesn't turn on.
